Student cannot see timetable in Online Office.

     Check with your faculty's office of the secretary that the timetable has been published. 


Student wishing to upload photo

     To upload a new photo, contact your faculty or school's office of the secretary. If you have provided a photo and it has not yet been published, refresh the photo in the main page of the Online Office in the General menu > Update photo. 


How can I request a new university card or renew an old one?

    

 

Request for new university card

If you wish to request a new university card, contact the human resouces department for PDI teaching staff or PAS administrative staff depending on your affiliation. 

 


I have not received my university card.

     If you have not yet received your university card, contact the human resouces department for PDI teaching staff or PAS administrative staff depending on your affiliation.  


One or more subjects are missing from the enrolment summary.

     Contact your faculty's office of the secretary to check your enrolment. Any update will appear in the Online Office automatically the next day.  


Teaching staff surveys.

    If a teacher wishes to set up or to cancel a survey for their students to complete, or reopen an existing survey, they must contact the Unitat de Qualitat (quality unit).

Student with a pass in a subject but not appear in their academic record

   Contact your faculty. To see a subject you have passed in your academic record, first your result must be uploaded by the teaching staff using the exam record application. After a few days the result will appear in your academic record which you can consult through the Online Office. 

I can’t see my salary or have some other problem with the staff page.

PAS/PDI admin or teaching staff who upload a new photo but the old one is not replaced.

  

   To see your new photo you must update it. Go to the main page of the Online Office in the General menu > Update photo. 

Problems with university card services (car park and premises, etc.)

   If your university card is not fully active, contact your campus management unit. 


Professor without teaching responsabilities

  Contact the office of the secretary of your department asking them to add you to the POD (course teaching plan). The updated POD will be automatically uploaded in the Online Office the next day.

I’m PAS/PDI teaching or administrative staff. How do I activate my university card?

  If it is your first university card:

Contact the person in charge of managing access to the premises.

Migration of services from an old card to a new one:

Go to the Staff menu and click "Activate access".

When you receive the new card, check that the ID and valid-till date coincide with the information available online. When you click the "Activate" button, a request for migration of services to the new card will be sent. This process is slow, so we recommend returning a few minutes later and checking that the "Card activated" message now appears with the new ID. Check the new card works before breaking or disposing of the old one.

 


I’m PAS/PDI teaching or administrative staff and I want to upload a new photo.

  You can upload a photo from the Online Office main page in the Staff menu, clicking "Upload photo". Carefully read the characteristics required to upload a photo to the Online Office. After uploading the photo, refresh it in the General menu > "Update photo".
