The subject "History of Law" aims at the adquisition of a general understanding of the current law by analysing its historical development in the Hispanic territories.
It is particularly focused on the main aspects of the elaboration of the juridical science, the knowledge of the different legal sources of each period, and an approach to some legal institutions regulated by the aforementioned sources.
