In accordance with Article 20 of the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Law and Article 7 of Law 1/1982 on the protection of honor, personal and family privacy, and one's own image, it is important to remember regarding the public dissemination of recordings that:
- Classes are recorded solely for private use, and only the student of that course may access these classes in secure and limited-access environments, such as the virtual classroom, without any unauthorized recording of these.
- Similarly, the dissemination of classes on the Internet and other social networks is strictly prohibited.
